Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing our bicycle tyres. We are committed to providing high-quality products, and we stand behind the performance and durability of our tyres. This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage for our bicycle tyres.
Warranty Period
Our bicycle tyres are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one 1 year from the date of purchase or five 5 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as indicated on the original purchase receipt.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that may occur during the normal use of the bicycle tyre. This includes defects in workmanship and materials that lead to tyre failure, abnormal wear, or other functional issues under normal riding conditions.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages or failures resulting from the following:
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Accidents, collisions, or impacts.
- Excessive or abusive use.
- Modifications or alterations to the tyre.
- Use with incompatible components or accessories.
- Natural wear and tear over time.
Claiming Warranty
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at bicycle@cambriantyresb2b.co.uk with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (original receipt or order number).
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue or defect.
- Details about the bicycle tyre model and size.
- Date of purchase and/or date of manufacture (if available on the tyre).
Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, provide instructions on returning the tyre for inspection. Upon verification of the manufacturing defect or fault, we will, at our discretion, either replace the tyre or provide a refund (refund is only available if the tyre was purchased from Cambrian Tyres Bicycle Ltd).
Important Note
The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser of the tyre. Any warranty claim must be made within the warranty period. The replacement tyre or refund provided under the warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
